Return and Damage Policy

Return and damage claims are reviewed case by case. Custom graphics, approved artwork, and made-to-order display products are generally not returnable unless there is a confirmed production error.

Before production

  • Review all proofs, sizes, quantities, and artwork details before approval.
  • Production starts after required payment, proof approval, and order approval.

Returns

  • Standard stock items may be reviewed for return eligibility when unused and approved in writing.
  • Custom printed graphics and approved artwork are generally not returnable unless there is a confirmed production error.
  • Customer-approved artwork remains the customer's responsibility once production is authorized.

Damage and shortage claims

  • Inspect shipment promptly on arrival.
  • Report visible damage, shortage, or packaging issues as soon as possible with photos of the carton, label, product, and packing materials.
  • Keep packaging until the claim is reviewed.
