These Terms of Service describe the general commercial rules for using Arvico Display's website, submitting quote requests, sharing artwork or project details, and purchasing standard display products. If a written quote, invoice, purchase order, or signed agreement conflicts with this page, the written project document controls for that specific order.

Quotes and Orders

  • Website estimates and quick quote tools are preliminary planning guidance only unless confirmed in writing.
  • Final pricing may depend on size, quantity, artwork readiness, production route, shipping destination, packaging, and compatibility review.
  • Custom projects, rush deadlines, large quantities, and compatibility-sensitive work require quote review before production.

Production Routes

Production route options may be reviewed by product type, quantity, timing, destination, and approved quote. Primary customer-facing routes are U.S. speed and planned-volume value route. Additional production capacity may be reviewed when appropriate.

Artwork, Proofs, and Approval

  • Customer-provided artwork, drawings, files, and project notes are used for quotation, proofing, production review, and order support.
  • When proof approval is required, production starts only after approval is received through the approved workflow.
  • Customer approval means the submitted proof is accepted for production according to the visible content, size, and stated order scope.
